- Visa extension: Tourist visa can be extended for an additional 30 days at the Department of Immigration in Phnom Penh or at immigration offices in Siem Reap, Battambang, Poipet, and Bavet. The cost for extending a tourist visa is $45 and it can be extended only once.
- Overstaying: Overstaying your visa will result in a fine of $5 per day, and you may be barred from re-entering the country.
- Traveling with children: Children under 18 years of age are required to have their own passport, and a parent or legal guardian must accompany them.
